Eveverything about our stay was truly superb - the location, the accomodation and most definitely the people. Deone, Norman and Tom made sure we were very well looked after and we're very much looking forward to our next visit.. especially the dogs.

Fabulous setting, lovely accommodation - if you do anything during your stay here you MUST visit Frank at the Bunkhouse in Tarbet, best story-teller in the world. Kath.

We were married here at Kylesmorar on Saturday 10th October outside the house and what an amazing place and adventure contrary to local expectations it was an humanist and not naturalist wedding no bare buffs! Just warm woolly fleeces and walking gear! The whole day was totally magical we even kidnapped the young American couple staying in the Bothy to help witness and celebrate our day. Everyone on the estate, the boat guys coming in, the piglets/piggies, stag on the hill, black sheep, quickie ducks have made this an exceptional wedding and holiday for us the weather even behaved itself admirably. Thanks to all. Will be back.

Thank you for a very nice holiday and the perfect services. We had a wonderful time on the wonderful place. We had much fun.

Thank you so much for your help, Norman.

Ps. Our English is not perfect, we are so sorry!

Have talked over the years of spending our Silver Wedding anniversary in the Maldives. Couldn't afford it (thank goodness). Loved every second of our stay, including our outings with Norman which were very informative but also great fun (especially when the conger eel got in the boat). Many fantastic stories from Frank. We shall be back. Last two days have been glorious weather but before that it was rather wet. This reminded me of a poem I once read.

It rained and rained and rained and rained
The average was well maintained
And when our fields were simply bogs
It started raining cats and dogs
After a drought of half and hour
There came a most refreshing shower
And then the queerest thing of all
A gentle rain began to fall
Next day was pretty fairly dry
Save for a deluge from the sky
This wetted people to the skin
But after that the rain set in We wondered what?s the next we?d get
As sure as fate we got more wet
But soon we'll have a change again And we shall have
A drop of rain.

Who cares about rain when you have a cottage and a fireside like what we have here.

It's rained every day (which has made it even better for us in our cosy cottage, next to the fire!) The loch has provided our supper (with Norm?s help) on numerous occasions. Nature?s beauty and majesty has been revealed to us here unlike any other time or place. There is a saying (hadith) of the Prophet Mohammad S-A: 'Everywhere you turn, there is the face of God!' Many thanks for our wonderful stay and may all future stays of those who follow be as generous.

Thank you for the unpredictable weather that allowed us to stay indoors in front of the fire admiring the view. Totally guilt free.

What a wonderful place ? we shall be recommending it! Sadly didn?t see any otters, though.

What a fantastic place, matched only by the hospitality shown us by Norman, Deoné and Tom. Would love to come earlier in the year, around breeding season, to maybe catch sight of otters etc. a bit more.

After a tough few months this is what we needed!!!

Thanks to Norman, Deoné and Tom
