Logs, coal, oil, powder, garden and BBQ equipment are provided and included in the rental. Guests should note that electricity is provided by a common generator and inverter system. While this provides adequate power, guests are asked to be considerate of their use of power.

A shared digital telephone system is available in one of the outbuildings at Kylesmorar and a VHF radio is made available in the event that guests need to contact estate staff. There is no TV reception and limited radio reception. All the properties do however have TV/DVD players and CD stereos. For more detail on what is provided for you in our cottages click here.
Small estate boats (with outboard motor) may be available by arrangement on site to take you creeling or to explore the upper regions of the loch (weather permitting).
Guests are welcome to bring their own boat and to make use of the landing jetty and visitor mooring at Kylesmorar at their own risk.
Pets
Pets are welcome subject to prior arrangement. Since Kylesmorar, Tarbet and the surrounding area is working croft land, all pets must be kept fully under control and on a leash when close to animals. Please note we are unable to accept dogs at The Wee House.
